"The little things? The little moments? They aren't little"

I always wait for something big to post about. I mean, not huge but ya know, something interesting at least! haha and to be honest, nothing much has happened since my last post! I have had a few different interviews and things but no jobs! So I try and keep myself busy at home while Christopher works and wait for him to come home. He's loving his internship but as the weather gets warmer he's working longer and Sundays are his only day off so we haven't really had much time for trips or anything "big". But one of the things I started today to keep busy involves going through thousands of quotes my friend has collected and I came across this one. We haven't done anything "big" but its not about doing "big" things, its the little things. My Dad, brother and sister-in-law came to visit memorial day weekend. All we really did was hang out, go to Jackson for the night, spend time with family and try to go four wheeling (which didn't really work because it happens to hardly be spring here). Even if I did feel bad we didn't do much to entertain, I'm happy they were here, I'm grateful they were here and we had a good time doing the little things. Same thing with our friend Tate who came just this last weekend! All we did was golf (well they golfed, I watched), eat food and watch a movie but it was still a great time! Other little things we've done:

BBQ hot dogs and smores with a friend
Mudding in that same friend's jeep, getting stuck and being pulled out by more friends hours later
errands and dinner in IF
drive in on opening night!
shakes while we wait for the cars to be serviced
impromptu dinner at home with a friend
walking a loop behind our house
housing Zach because their basement flooded including his room
hot tubbing

All just little things, little moments, but they're not so little.
